If cinema to you is just a vehicle to indulge in mindless diversion, then “Rocket Singh – Salesman Of The Year” is not your cup of tea.

If cinema as a popular work of art is meant to make viewers reconsider the quality of their lives, then plunge into the mundane world of Punjabi munda Harpreet Singh.

Like in “Wake Up Sid”, Ranbir Kapoor plays a somewhat aimless guy who’s just out of college wondering what to do next. That’s the moment when we jump into the lives of Sid and Harpreet, so similar in their soporific world-view and yet so different in their journey from premature jadedness to premature wisdom.

Shimit Amin’s earlier inspirational work “Chak De! India” was far more aggressive in its aspirations. “Rocket Singh” is a more gentle and non-cynical work. Its opinion on contemporary corruption is tinged with warmth, humour and a subtle regard for office politics seldom seen in our films.

Some may perceive “Rocket Singh” as a niche film on the politics of computer hardware. This is as shallow a reading of Shimit’s cinema as looking at “Chak De!” as a hockey film.

What is the Story of Saleem?

The story of the movie revolves around the Indian born foreigner girl that grew up in Europe. She was kept intentionally away from the family by her parents because of serious family problems and issues which can hurt her life.The girl who grew up in Europe society hasn’t had that respect for her parents.

The heroine was on a visit India which wasn’t a good one for her due to family issues. She finds out a man (Hero) to get her out of the problem. She pretended love with him and flew back; the hero followed her and finds her engaged with a Don. The Hero finally stepped in for his heroin to make her life out of problems, for the remaining suspense and story watch the movie to understand.

Performance :

Vishnu has shed his weight and looks lean. He is stylish in some costumes and he has also improved a lot in dialogue delivery. Ileana steals the show as entire film focuses on her glam exhibition.Mohan Babu as Don is Ok.Music by Sandeep Chowta is not good as expected.

Conclusion : The first half of the movie is just average and to understand the movie you have to go through the second half story. Overall,the film was a disaster.

What is the story of Amaravathi Movie?

The film starts in 1995 in the small village of Muthyala Revu Where Amaravathi(Bhumika) is the daughter of landlord while Srinu(Taraka Ratna) is the son of a servant.Bhumika's father hates the friendship between Ammu and Srinu. One day,he cuts the throat of Srinu and throws him away in the river and even kills his mother who comes to rescue him.

Story again shifts back to present 2009 where Venkat (Ravi Babu), Special Task Force Officer is living with his pregnant wife Latha (Sneha). Suddenly a series of incidents in the city where few pregnant women are attacked in their ninth month of pregnancy and baby inside the womb is stolen without killing the pregnant mother takes everybody by shock. SpecialTask Force team headed by Venkat and Kiran (Gadde Sindhura) take up the task to solve the mystery. In this sequence they catch hold of grown up Srinu (Tarakarathna) and start their investigation.

Srinu after being thrown away into the river is saved by Dr. Sebastian (Kota) and learns the skill of Hypnosis (Vaseekaranam) from him. Now Srinu is on the task to meet grown up Amaravathi (Bhumika) who is already married and pregnant. Srinu unable to bear the news kill Amaravathi’s father and husband. Looking these deaths Amaravathi goes mad and is on the verge of loosing the pregnancy. Srinu to make Amaravathi happy threatens Doctor Bhavani Shankar (Latha) and illegally implants the chromosomes of Amaravathi’s embryo into pregnancies of ten women (Surrogate Mother), as Amaravathi always likes the number ten and one among them is Latha. Very soon Doctor and her husband are killed. Now Srinu is up to the task of removing the ten grown up babies from the wombs of ten women.

Venkat and his team work hard to crack the mystery. When everything is going as per the plan, Srinu hypnotizes the Police personnel including Venakt and remove nine babies. The last one is of Latha…Did he succeed in it? Was Venkat able to save her wife Latha? Who are others that are helping Srinu? is all to be seen as the climax.

Finally, we can watch the film and enjoy.

The characters are fairly funny to begin with. Akshay Kumar as Archana Puran Singh’s slave-cum-driver is the portrait of anguished hilarity. He brings to his part of the servile toy-boy a kind of facile fury that flaunts an easygoing sense of self-deprecating comedy.

Suniel Shetty as Akshay’s partner in the nonsense rhyme scheme seems to enjoy the comicality initially…At least he’s relaxed until the frames begin to fill up with more characters than Noah’s Ark and the spaceship invented to save mankind in Roland Emmerich’s “2012″ combined.

There are more characters romping in confusion in “De Dena Dan” than in any of Priyadarshan’s over-crowded comedies. Two marriageable women (Katrina Kaif and Sameera Redddy) with secret lovers, their harassed fathers, Tinu Anand and Manoj Joshi, an avaricious father-in-law-to-be (Paresh Rawal) and his son (Chunky Pandey), a tart (Neha Dhupia) willing to sleep with anyone who pays. And that includes poor Vikram Gokhale who looks out of place in the boisterous goings-on.

“De Dana Dan” is like a jabbering juggernaut hurling with its fast-talking, constantly-moving army of characters into a region of utter chaos. The screenplay throws forward a gaggle of incoherent gags, which suggest that the melee of characters are more distressed by their financial than emotional condition in life.

Soon we, the audience, cease to figure out what the characters are up to or how they are inter-related, if at all.

Just go with the flow. At times, literally because at the climax we have the characters swimming and spluttering in a flood of water let loose from a bombed terrace tank in a luxury hotel.

Who planted the bomb? Is it the funny hitman Johnny Lever? Or the funnier assassin Asrani roaming around the hotel trying to hardsell a corpse in a coffin?

All this, mind it, is supposed to be the summit of hilarity. The jokes depend almost entirely on the actors’ ability to say the atrocious lines as though they mean it. Some like Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal succeed. Others don’t.

At the end of the day, this comedy of incredible mistaken identities and monstrous errors of judgement coaches us on the meaning of ’slapstick’…literally. Everyone slaps the person closest to him or her regardless of the reason or the repercussion.

Zany or just plain witless? You decide.

If this is the present and future of mainstream Hindi entertainment then we need to do some serious thinking on the way a coterie of super-successful directors and actors have redefined entertainment to a state of utter inanity.

“De Dana Dan” is not a film. It’s a series of skits strung together to convey a sense of baggy fun and frivolous entertainment.

What is the Story of Aarya 2?

It is the story of two friends Arya (Arjun) & Ajay (Navadeep) who fall in love with the same girl Geeta (Kajal).

Arya and Ajay relationship seems to be different.Ajay never likes Arya.Because of his torture,Ajay places Arya in his company where he meets Geeta who was his colleague in that office and rest of the story starts from then.Rajireddy (Mukesh Rushi), father of Geeta arranges her marriage with the son of a factionist.Now,Arya takes the responsibility for bringing Kajal for Ajay.In order to cancel that wedding, he enters the village. How things turn violent from there, is the rest of the story.

Actors Performance

Allu Arjun and Ajay's characterization looks(GAY) like the characters of Abhishek Bachan & John Abraham in Dostana Movie.Allu Arjun's characterization was very confusing and Navdeep had given no scope for performing.

Kajal looked gorgeous in the movie and the hot performance of Shraddha Das was amazing.The Song "Ringa Ringa" was excellent,but the girl who acted in the song didn't perform well.

Final Analysis:

The movie was very disappointment to the fans.There were so many expectations on the film,but finally the film didn't go well.The first half of the movie is ok,but the second half ruins the film.This is completely,the fault of Director Sukumar for his worst screenplay.

Finally,you can watch the film if you like dance and music.

Understandably, this one's BIG for Aftab Shivdasani. He turns producer with Aao Wish Karein. Now that may be a step in the right direction, but the end product doesn't turn out to be a fairy tale debut for the daring actor. And that's because the film fails to decide its core audience. Is it a kiddie's flick or is it meant for the bada log? If so, there's too much of the baba log in the film (the children's track is too long) and too little of the adult stuff (like, how does a 12-turned-21 handle his hormones). This makes the film waddle in no-man's land.

Set in a picturesque hill town, the story tries to unravel the complications in a young boy's life when he grows up overnight into an adult (Aftab Shivdasani) and can actually serenade the woman (Aamna Sharif) he loves. So he sings songs with her, treats her to fries and burgers, gifts her a dinky car, invites her to share his playstation and welcomes her in Spiderman slippers. The girl, simple hill lass, can't tell something's amiss and simply thinks he's cute. She even cajoles him into marriage and waits for him at the altar, veil et al. Will the kid-cum-adult groom oblige?

Now that's a Big question...Obviously inspired by Tom Hanks 1988 classic (Big) that was nominated for two Oscars, the film lacks all the masala that made Penny Marshal's film such a winsome experience. Also, the romance between Aftab and Aamna is quite thanda. Thoda aur wish karein?

Analysis

Performances: Aftab's average. Aamna's simply sashaying on the screen in slow motion. The kids are quite irritating.

Music: The audio track
is a surprise. Quite melodic, considering there are three music directors: Ankur Tewary, Xulfi and Mickey McCleary. Special mention: Kuch aisa and sabse peeche khade.

Choreography: Longine Fernandes goes retro, with lots of waltz, peppered with a bit of salsa.

Dialogue: Kiddish and crummy.

Story: Aftab Shivdasani turns both producer and story-writer with this film. Laudable effort.
Cinematography: The hill town is picturesque and pitches in as a proper backdrop for the fairy tale tenor of the film. Commendable enough work by Keshav Prakash

Styling: What's with the orange socks, Affy and the orchids in the hair, Aamna?

Inspiration: The attempt is to create a desi Big, but Aftab's no Tom Hank's and Mr Baretto's no Penny Marshal.

Struggling artist Emraan and rich girl Soha fall in love and break up in Cape Town. Six years later, they meet in the Mumbai monsoon deluge to renew old ties while the city crumbles under the incessant rains.

Director Kunal Deshmukh returns after the success of Jannat. This time round, he sculpts an extremely mature and engrossing account of a mercurial relationship between an artist (Emraan Hashmi) and his muse (Soha Ali Khan). Now that's a love story that's been told before. But what makes Tum Mile alluring are the performances and the narrative structure: both innovative, multi-layered and show casing depth.

First, the story-telling...It's a simple plot. Emraan, an art student, spots activist Soha, energetically espousing her cause (global warming), despite the blinding rain, on campus in Cape Town. He naturally loses his heart to the avant garde Ms Ali and moves in with her after a whirlwind courtship. The relationship soon hits rough weather with the usual bread and butter, male-female ego concerns. He's jobless and she's rich. What's more, she's paying the paani-bijli bills and even offers to help him when dad's sick. Doesn't take long before Emraan's nursing a bruised ego and Soha's stomping out on feminist issues. Six years later, the couple have their Titanic moment as they try to survive the July 2005 Mumbai deluge.

Do the rains -- and the near-drowning experience -- bring them together? Now that's not as important as the fact that the director artfully keeps hopping through different time zones, inter cutting the past with the present, and keeps the interest level high. The romance is handled with a heightened maturity, bringing to fore a relationship that is both mature and most real. Yup, you almost seem to know the so-much-in-love, yet so-hurting couple. Also, the sequences of the downpour and the deluge seem credible enough, lacing danger with fear, as the people of Mumbai try to wade through waist deep water to safety and sanity. Of course, the tragic notes the director strikes were unncessary and somewhat filmy.

But what really stands out in the film is the acting. Emraan and Soha create a chemistry that is brimming over with warmth and remains quite unpredictable till the very end. Their conversations -- and concerns -- are straight out of real life. While Emraan displays his usual depth at translating the archetypal edgy character into flesh and blood form, Soha truly comes of age with her rendition of the woman of substance who loves desperately, lives intently and serenades the unconventional. As for Pritam, he once again proves he's the hottest thing happening in the music department, right now. With tracks by Mohit Chauhan, KK, Javed Ali and Neeraj Shridhar, Tum Mile is eminently hummable.

Go, get a taste of substantial Bollywood with Tum Mile: a story well told.

Analysis

Performances: Watch out for knockout performances from both Emraan and Soha. while Emraan has already been improving his career graph with his gritty delineation of the edgy boy-next-door, Soha truly comes of age with her interpretation of Sanjana, the balsy woman with a caramel heart.

Music: Pritam is on a roll. Once again, he comes up a winner with tracks like Tum Mile, Tu hi Haqeeqat, Dil Ibadat and Iss Jahan Mein. The title track, Tum Mile, has three versions. We'd reccomend the Javed Ali rendition, although both Neeraj Shridhar and Shafqat Ali are fun with the bouncy and rock version too. For Mohit Chauhan fans, there's the mellifluous Dil Ibadat...

Choreography: No dance numbers to boast about. But seriously, you don't miss them in this slice-of-real-life drama.

Dialogue: Very earthy, very real, very succinct, very little. The actors mostly communicate through their facial expressions and body language.

Story: Ankur Tewary's story does draw its climax from headlines: the July 2005 Mumbai delgue. But it does it tastefully, even as it creates a nuanced love story.

Cinematography: Prakash Kutty's camera recreates Titanic's terror in downtown Mumbai as it wades through the flooded streets of lower Parel. But more than the Mumbai monsoon, it's the couple's camaraderie -- and intimacy -- in Cape Town that crackles on screen.

Styling: Emraan with his hoodies and tees and Soha with her uptown chic are apt and intense.

Varun (Varun Sandesh) is a middle class young boy who loves to buy his own sports bike.His father (Tanikella Bharani) being a poor man worries about his irresponsible son. One day,Suddenly,his father gives him Rs.70,000 to buy a new bike.Now,Varun buys a bike and one day,he finds a girl Hema (Neha Sharma) falls in love with her.But,the bike which he bought will ruin his life.The rest of the story is how Varun get out of the problem and becomes hero.

Varun Sandesh had a hit with his first film[Happy Days] itself and his 2nd movie Kotha Bangaru Lokam also had set a new record and won awards.After Evaraina Epudaina,this film Kurradu is released.So,naturally the expectation is high.

Artist Performances

Varun Sandesh didn’t suit the role of kurradu which requires more energy levels.He should improve his action & dialogue delivery pattern.Neha Sharma looked gorgious in this movie,but her performance was not improved.Tanikella Bharani's middle class father role is ok .Ravi Shankar done perfectly as the villain.Music by Achu was excellent.Specially,Emantave Song was rocking.

Analysis

The story sounds like the movie "Ride" in terms of story.There are no interesting elements that makes audience to sit in their seats watching.First half is ok while second half is not at all interesting.

Analysis of the Movie

Village Lo Vinayakudu is a sequel to the Nandi Award Winning film "Vinayakudu".In Vinayakudu,karthik lives in the city,but in this film,he resides in the Village among families.The music was excellent.Villagelo Vinayakudu Songs are already in the chartbusters.

The biggest minus of this film was the pair of Krishnudu and Sharanya Mohan.They really look like Father & Daughter and not as the pair,as Sharanya Mohan seems as a kid. Overall,the film with some comedy and family audience can watch it without any disturbance.A must watch film (Atleast once).

Amitabh Bachchan is playing a 12-year-old progeria patient (a rare disease that causes premature ageing among children) in the movie “Paa”.He says that he had to stick on several pieces of specially crafted clay to get the right look for the movie.

“The face that you see is the result of deep research. Kids affected by this problem lose all their hair, become bald and their veins begin to show prominently on their heads, which enlarge to a size beyond normal. Their teeth and eyes suffer also…,” posted Amitabh.

“Eye lids come on close to the eyes, the forehead is another piece, the nose, the two cheeks, the upper and lower lip, the chin and finally the neck all get stuck on and then blended through an intricate electronic spray which merges all the pieces to look like one cohesive mass,” added Amitabh.

The actor says that since they wanted the look to be authentic, he also had to shave off all hair on his hands, arms, chest and legs regularly so they could highlight the veins by colouring them.

“Paa” is being produced under Amitabh’s banner AB Corp and also stars his son Abhishek. In a role reversal of sorts, Abhishek plays Amitabh’s father in the film.

What is the Story of Ek Niranjan?

Ek Niranjan Chotu (Prabhas) is born to poor parents. A beggars mafia guy steals Chotu to make him a beggar. Chotu grows up as an informer to the Police and his duty is to catch the criminals on behalf of police and earn some money from the cops. He falls in love with a guitar music teacher Sameera (Kangana Raunat).Kangana's brother is a mafia guy whom Chotu is entrusted to nab.Johnny (Sonu Sood) is a mafia leader in the city. The rest of the story is all about what happens when Johnny encounters Chotu.

Music by Mani Sharma is very good.Cinematography by Shyam K Naidu is nice.The climax fight should have been impact-making.Prabhas's characterization in this movie is an extention of his character in Bujjigadu - made in Chennai.Kangana Raunat looked Average.Ali's Jack Sparrow getup was average.

The First half of the movie Ek Niranjan is nice,but goes down when coming to the Second Half.But,Overall its Nice.

He then meets Anjali (Tamanna) who's characer is completely opposite to him.She is more talkative person.They both travel together in certain circumstances and get to know each other over the period.Travelling across Tamil Nadu to get to Anjali’s home, Shakthi starts feeling lighter and better. He starts learning a lot about taking it easy. Meanwhile Anjali has plans of her own, love is on her mind. But the man is not Shakthi. However she wants Shakthi’s help to reach her lover. She runs away from home and Shakthi goes back to resurrect his business. Everyone believes that they are together, somewhere. It takes some time for Shakthi to realize that everyone believes in something that is not exactly true. So, he sets out to prove that Anjali has actually found love and life with another person. Does he find her? What is she doing? This time the tables turn. Anjali is somber and Shakthi can’t stop talking. Does love happen?

Kanden Kadhalai is a film for the youth. People with romance in their hearts are bound to enjoy the theme and the subtle hints that the movie gives about love.Audio was excellent and dialogues were quite meaningful.

What’s the Story of Ghatikudu?

Surya is a professional trained assassin shooter.He had no failure.He will be given a big job to shoot a judge, but he misses the judge and he escapes.For the first time Ghatikudu fails, but he has to protect his reputation and client interest. Now how Ghatikudu, finishes the job forms the rest of story and you will surely enjoy the course of the movie watching it in big screen.

The next is "Surya will be introduced to a joint family where he meets Nayanatara and vadivelu".Surya joins them & You are in for a hilarious one and a half hours.

Actors Performances

Surya does his role with ease and he neatly fits the role of a assassin. Surya’s effort and risks taken in the fight sequences, especially the first chase through Kolkata where he can be seen jumping over rooftops etc.., tell a lot about commitment and surely he has to be applauded for it. Surya looks stylish, angry, cunning and innocent while bringing out different shades of the character that he portrays; a well crafted performance. Surya also appears as a 4 feet tall 10 year old boy which will be of first time in Tamil cinema. Nayanthara escapes the glamour trap after a long time and looks fresh and has done justice to her role.

Music Review

Harris Jayraj's music is a very big asset for the movie and songs are already topping the charts. Hasile Fisiliye song and Yaeno Panithulli song visuals are stunning with their excellent locations.

Ghatikudu Movie Analysis

On a whole the movie is a complete family entertainer which has all the trade mark ingredients of K.S Ravikumar such as action, comedy, sentiment, romance, music and masala. The movie lacks some pace at some parts and also has some flaws here and there. But on a whole Surya has given his hat trick hit and K.S Ravikumar has proved his reputation again that he is the number 1 commercial director in tamil cinema.

What is the Story Of Bendu Apparao RMP?

Bendu Appa Rao (Allari Naresh) is an RMP doctor in a remote village. He has a sister who gets troubled by her husband (Krishna Bhagawan).Allari Naresh earns money from the villagers by doing various mischief things only to pay for his brother in law(sister's husband).And the heroine Padmapriya (Kamna Jetmalani) is the daughter of the rich man in the village Raju (Ahuti Prasad).She falls in love with Allari Naresh.But,suddenly Allari Naresh becomes responsible for a secret sum of Rs 15 lakh. Story takes turn there and a school teacher (Meghana) enters into his life.

What is that Rs 15 lakh? How Appa Rao become responsible? Who is that teacher? All that has to be watched on screen.

Artists Performance:

Allari Naresh did his best to suit the role.Definitely,he is the Tollywoods Comedy Hero after Rajendra Prasad.Kamna Jetmalani is suited well for the character.Meghana's shown her glamour in a song.Ahuti Prasad's East Godavari slang made humour in the film.Othera artists also did justice to their roles.

Final Analysis:

The entire movie is filled with East Godavari flavor where almost all top comedians except Brahmanandam, MS Narayana and Sunil are present on screen.Music by koti was ok.I advice you to watch this movie atleast once.Its a non stop comedy entertainer.

Hero Srikanth is a rowdy and the movie starts with a mass introduction song of hero.Srikanth plays a charectar of a rowdy called Das who gets attracted to film industry. And then he gets influenced by the ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi.Bhavana is a lawyer and the encounter between Srikanth and Bhavana is funny. Then the introduction of the villain Jayaprakash Reddy is dealt really well. The action scenes in the first half are nice.

When comes to The second half,it is filled with comedy of Brahmanandam and sattires on politics. Two songs are targetted on political parties and state politics. Hero gets influenced by Gandhi and he tries to change the society around him. The second half is all about his efforts to get the change.

The film revolves around Das character.Charmi’s item song is the highlight of the movie.The music was given by Vijay Anthony.All the songs were remake(repeat) of tamil hit songs.Anyway,the music is good.As per the audience review "we can watch it once".

Story Of Ganesh :

Ganesh (Ram)'s Friend gets into a problem.The problem is he loves a girl & his father wants him to get married to his niece.He could not tell this to his father about his love and at that time Ganesh comes forward to help him. Ganesh plans to make his friend’s niece Divya (Kajal) fall in love with him so that his friend would be happily marry his girlfriend.

Ganesh rents a floor above Divya’s (Kajal) apartment and try to get her love.She falls in love with him.But one day, Kajal comes to know that Ganesh is acting & doesn't love her really.Then she starts hating Ganesh.The rest of the film is all about Ganesh making her realize his true love.

Analysis :

Ram has played a lover boy role. He has done neat job. There are very less action scenes & dances are also ok. Kajal has looked good in songs and some romantic scenes.Brahmanandam as Yadagiri made an average comedy. Poonam Kaur is hot.All the kids who acted are cute. Rest of the cast is ok.

Music by Mickey J Meyer is bad. Except the song, written by Sirivennela, none of the songs are humble.Dialogues Of Abburi Ravi impresses.

At Last!!!

Ganesh is just an ok film. First half has is decent with some good entertainment but second half misses the track. On the whole,it is average film.
